The aim of this research project is to develop industrial cleaning equipment for manufacturers using ultra-clean water. The goals of the project are to reduce environmental effects on the manufacturer's site, the amount of chemical emissions during manufacturing and the amount of chemical transports from the facility. To improve the working environment within the industry and at the same time reduce the energy consumption and costs are additional goals. The following picture shows a concept of how the SOFIQ cleaning method was planned to operate. The project is described in more detail in the "Project Description" found in the left hand side meny.
